It runs temperature-controlled fulfillment — including a 200,000 sq ft St. Louis "Global Superhub" — plus a nationwide cold-chain linehaul network, connects to 40+ final-mile carriers and 100+ commerce integrations, and handles the compliance side of alcohol shipping such as adult-signature delivery. In December 2025 it acquired Napa-based Eagle Rock Fulfillment, adding wine storage and a digital cellar platform.
